I signed up to Zoosk yesterday, didn’t know what to expect, absolutely shocked by the quality of men on the site. Most of them uneducated builders , the search engine is nonexistent, asked for my money back but I’d doesn’t look like I am going to get any .
If you are looking for quality people go elsewhere because this site is a rip off!! You will be very disappointed by this experience.

After paying for a 3 month subscription, I was not given the "Free Perks" as advertised. I had about 21 days of "Instant Crush" and the option of going back to look at a profile. Many of the profiles had no picture or story, making it impossible to make a selection. Their matches and smart picks resulted in people far exceeding the 100 mile preference, 95% of the time. You CANNOT edit your default search parameters and if you critize them, your story gets "edited". Definitely not renewing my subscription!

What an utter waste of time, effort and money. The Zoosk platform is literally overflowing with fake profiles that have nothing other than a picture. I send messages only to people that have some sort of description on their profile but <5% of these ever convert into someone even looking at my profile which leads me to think that they're also fake. Avoid Zoosk if you can.

I met my partner on here and want to thank Zoosk for the experience.

They continually edit your profile if you state something they do not like (such as not wishing to renew once your subscription ends). THEN, out of the blue SUSPENDED my profile due to "security reasons" b/c I reported/blocked 4 in a row spammers who used the SAME templated message. I assume these are fake/planted profiles that THEY generated (probably, timing was too suspicious), then asked me to create an entire new profile with a different email to continue (and add a free month, boo). I have used the SAME email on similar sites with no issues, so why all of a sudden, was my address "compromised"?

When they refused to pro-rate a refund for the remaining 2 months of my subscription, I put in a dispute with Paypal (better results than with a credit card), and got the ENTIRE original price refunded. Scam scum site... avoid.

I am sorry, but I found this website unacceptable. It was difficult to maneuver and find what you were looking for. Just because someone looks at your story doesn't mean they are interested. There were too many bad photos, too many profiles with insufficient information and some with no information at all. I even received a request for my email address from someone that had already canceled their subscription. Luckily I was astute enough to recognize the red flag. I would not recommend this dating service to anyone. I am very disappointed

Beware of this site. Someone hacked my account, used my credit card and started communicating with men while pretending to be me. The customer service people were neither sympathetic nor concerned. Their response when I requested that they delete my account was to offer me a 50% discount to keep the account active.

Made my profile, paid for it to connect then admin blocked my account. Now there isn't a way to reach admin to unblock it but they took my money!!

Zoosk is somewhat effective in meeting someone. In the profiles there are a lot of Zoosk smployees that simply put, try to sell upgrades. I tested this by posting 2 profiles and caught girls sending me messages on an introductory profile in which I had to pay to see them. On my paid for profile I tried to get the same group of girls to chat and they would not even look at me. I did find somebody but you have to spend a lot of time on the site and stick to a specific type of person that you are looking for. And then you have to look threw a lot of people till you find the real people that are looking.

I have never been on a site that I couldn't get a girl to talk back. Completely a waste of money and time. This site is bot or expired accounts.

Terrible site!!! I joined this site hoping to find friendship, which I hoped would lead to a relationship. After using the site for a few days it became apparent that it was not the right fit for me. I tried to cancel my account and requested a refund, which I was denied. But worse still is even though I don’t like the site, I have been blocked from using it with the paid service; as they won’t refund me, I felt the least I could do was make use of it for the duration of the paid subscription. My advice, save your money, don’t use this site/app!

Was a learning experience. Very happy wont be back. Thank you for your support. Happy creative good bye
